At Vionti Health, we are committed to your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Before Medication is Shipped

If you cancel your membership before your medication has been shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund of your most recent payment, minus any applicable consultation fees for services already rendered.

After Medication is Shipped

Once your medication has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the medication portion of your membership due to health and safety regulations. Prescription medications cannot be restocked or reused once dispensed.

Medical Disqualification

If our healthcare providers determine that you are not a suitable candidate for GLP-1 medication during the consultation process, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the consultation fee for the medical evaluation performed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees for medical evaluations that have been completed
  • Medications that have been shipped or delivered
  • Subscription fees for periods during which services were actively used
  • Shipping and handling fees

4. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date or the date of the event giving rise to the refund request (such as a medical disqualification). Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be honored.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team using one of the following methods:

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and respond within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Vionti Health membership at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to services until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided

8. California Auto-Renewal Rights

Under the California Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq.), California consumers have the right to cancel their subscription at any time and receive a refund of any charges made after the cancellation request. Auto-renewal terms, including the subscription price and billing frequency, were presented and agreed to at the time of enrollment.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive medication that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@viontihealth.com or (844) 357-3601. We will work with you and our pharmacy partners to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement at no additional cost.

10. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues and believe we can address your concerns directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and complications in resolving your issue.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Refund Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
